Process - Debrief
Play if a Judge with Experience of 7 or more is in a wasted pile. Roll two dice and add 4. All Judges (including Team Leaders) with Experience higher then the total are activated and remain so until this card is dicarded of wasted. Waste this card when any Crime is solved or any Judge is wounded.
